Warranty & Returns

To return a working or defective part, send it back to the address on the shipping box with a note within 30 days.  Your return authorization # is your order #.  Parts returned without this number and a note will not be processed.  Returns may incur a 20% restocking charge.

We mark our parts for your security to insure you don't receive a defective, returned part.  Unmarked parts will not be accepted for return.  Do not use any pre-printed labels inside the box for return purposes.

No refunds will be issued for items returned after 30 days.  Outbound shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

Appliances have a 30 day warranty.  At the seller's discretion, defective units will be repaired, exchanged for comparable units or the purchase price refunded.  Appliances CANNOT be shipped and a 5% charge will apply to all cancelled appliance orders.

Inland Appliance will not be liable for loss of profits, or indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages.
